 Boring Information that you need to know: 

1. Services available

1.1 Our products and services are intended for the people residing, businesses and companies registered in Singapore only. International orders are currently not accepted. 

1.2 Flowers availability are subjected to changes due to season and the supplies from the flowers suppliers. Product images featured in the website reflect the style of the product, and not the combination of the flowers itself. Befiore will do it's best to match the order to the product image shown. Befiore will find flower replacement that is similar to the product image shown. 

If you have any special requests, eg. allergies towards a certain type of flower or would like a certain flower included in your bouquet, do let us know when ordering in the ‘Comments’ section.

 

2. Operating Hours

2.1 Our operating hours are: 
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
Sunday, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays, 11.30am to 3pm. 

Our operating hours follow the Singapore Time, + 8GMT. 

 

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Our prices may fluctuate due to the flowers availability and season. Befiore reserves the right to change the pricing of the products and services at it's discretion. Befiore shall not be liable for any compensation or disputes that arises out of this changes. 

3.2 All prices indicated on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

3.3 We accept the various modes of payment for all confirmed orders. 

3.4 We do not accept payment by Cash On Delivery (COD). 

3.5 Ordering online will require you to pay using your credit card, debit card, Paypal account, or credit or debit card via Paypal. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that you have made payment for your purchase.

3.6 To order offline, you may contact us via phone at +65 9835 8573. You may contact us (via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call) from 11am to 7pm from Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.

Payment has to be made to confirm any or all orders prior to collection or delivery.

 

4. Promotion

4.1 Promotions and Discounts may happen from time to time, subjected to occasions and events. In such scenarios, promotional codes may be provided and it is only valid for online use at www.Befioresg.com. The promotions and promotional codes are valid from time of introduction till end of the promotion campaign or reached the maximum number of use, whichever come first. There may be multiple promotions running concurrently for different products and the promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with another. 

 

5. Delivery

5.1 We will ensure delivery is made and completed to the recipient address that is provided. If the recipient address is to business offices, please provide additional information for us to ensure a smooth delivery.

5.2 Please have someone at the recipient address to receive the delivery. 

5.3 Reroute charges apply if second attempt is needed, or should there be a change in recipient address. 

Delivery Charges
- $15 for deliveries operating hours, except eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays
- $25 for deliveries before & after operating hours, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays

5.4 We prioritize the safety of our drivers. Delivery timing may be affected in the event of bad weather, traffic condition and/or any other unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding and will inform you if any of these situation arises. 

 

6. Cancellation / Refund

6.1 We do not accept cancellation once order is confirmed. 

6.2 If by any chance or circumstance you feel that you are not happy with the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date, providing details and where possible, photographs. We will do our very best to come to a fair resolution.

 

7.Force Majeure
